Windows add to the Dock Bar Mac OS X
One feature that I sent longer to holders of a Mac OS X is the Docking Bar, a sort of tray (application launcher) positioned at will on the desktop (horizontally or vertically, up or down) and allows to launch and operate in an extremely rapid and effective programs to be used more frequently, both in performance: I think it is an almost inexplicable fact that a 'utility of its kind totally lacking on Windows XP and much more about Windows Vista!
Fortunately we thought somebody else to cover the shortfall: RocketDock is a simple application launcher very similar to Mac OS X and is characterized primarily by the fact that it is free and is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista.
I think the most salient features of RocketDock are as follows:
- Ability to manage windows minimized
- Simple interface managed entirely by drag & drop
- Graphic effects pleasing: "icons zoom" and "transition smoothly"
- Possibility of autonascondimento bar
- Popup / preview window when you move your mouse
- Configuration interface simple and intuitive
- Low occupation of hardware resources: it requires only 10MB of RAM and 500Mhz CPU
Download RocketDock or visit the official website.
