Enabling the "Run" in the Start Menu of Windows Vista
All owners of Windows Vista will have noticed that the "Run", this has always been in all versions of the operating system from Windows 98 to Windows XP, has been removed. In reality this is just a disabling by default, because the box running commands can be opened at any time simply by the combination of keys "Win" "R".
But for those who wanted to have the item directly in the start menu so that you can access with a simple mouse click is necessary to proceed as follows:
- Open the Start menu and right mouse button, select "Properties" and then "Customize"
- In the list of customization options select "Run Command"
- Click "OK" to confirm and exit.
Note that the same possibility of customization is also present in Windows XP only that in this case the "Run" is always enabled by default.

There is the old "Run", because this function is already incorporated in the search box "Start" menu start of sight. So for example to run the cmd, just open the Start menu, type cmd, and press ENTER.
