The nice thing is that the book is being sold on Amazon, is distributed in full and free as PDF files from ebookspyder.net.
Note that the downloaded zip file is password protected by the following: "ebookspyder.net."

The bible of Ubuntu Linux for free download
All Ubuntu Linux fans (myself included) will be happy to know that is out yet another book / Bible, but this time on Ubuntu. The book is written by William von Hagen and is called "Ubuntu Linux Bible" (no obvious?)
