TipCam is a new program screencasting / screen-recording similar to SnagIt and Camtasia but with the advantage of being completely free. This type of application may be useful if for example you need to create and distribute the video guide for corporate training, or as a support for teaching your friends how to use a certain software, or to show in practice how to configure and manage a website. So it will certainly screencasting a strong added value in all those cases where you have the need to explain to someone how to do operations even more complex with the PC, not crazy to lose a lot of time in the production of pages and pages of manuals paper.
