Load a video on YouTube 'iPod

Have you found on YouTube a video fun you would like to take with you to show your friends? So certainly the first thing that will be coming to mind was to try to load it in your iPod! The problem is that YouTube does not like that its videos are downloaded and copied to be viewed offline and therefore does not provide any information about how to do this, how well you know YouTube videos are all in Flash format (with extension FLV) that is not yet well-managed by the most popular video encoder.
