That first time that I wrote at CERN and then at NASA…
I was… At 1990 (cabbage already talking like an eternity passed) frequentavo the second media and, convinced that I had to become a world-renowned scientist, I decided to start immediately to tastare the ground for understanding in the service of which institution was most appropriate that entrassi to join.
I began writing, first at CERN in Geneva asking for clarification on the operation of LEP, the particle accelerator more important in the world and only a few weeks after I saw deliver a package chock full of documents and information depliand. Imagine the joy of a twelve-year-old faced with such a success! Travolto away by then decided to contact the NASA: prepared a simple letter in English in which richiedevo of information about all 'launch of space project "Freedom" of which I read something I do not know what magazine and that would be due consist of the construction of a large international space station. Feces and then translate the letter in English from my teacher of French and spedii inside an envelope addressed to:
NASA
HOUSTON
TEXAS (USA)
And even in this case I received a reply! I have to tell the truth but the content erà rather disappointing I ringraziava you for your interest and I said that because of budget was not possible to give time any kind of information material… Poor NASA! Already at that time in crisis with funding… But the thing that matter most to me was the fact that you can appear at all my peers a letter addressed directly to me and written on paper headed "NASA" means the content is not anything I fregava anyone… and to be honest even to me.
However, just because we are in the digital age of the Internet and the global, I want to share with you my little trophy:
