Log on to a remote computer rather than set up port forwarding

The configuration of Port Forwarding is one of the most troublesome problems which incappa when you need to access the desktop of a remote computer that is located within a local area network (and thus enter the Internet through a router via NAT) and perhaps it is also behind a firewall. Although technically this is a trivial configuration process, users often are not able or allowed to configure the router to redirect connections from the outside on one or more doors to your computer. In these situations the only solution is to use software that can bypass this kind of problems with systems tunnelling reverse.

TeamViewer is a simple and quick solution for remote control of a computer that is behind a firewall or are accessing the Internet through a NAT and not directly.
To activate the remote control based on TeamView is necessary to proceed as follows:

  1. Install and start the PC from which you log on remotely (which henceforth call "client") the full version of TeamViewer (including then form remote access.
  2. Start on your PC where you want access "Customer Module" (henceforth called "server") TeamViewer which is much lighter and requires no installation.
  3. Side server Customer Module will present an interface similar to that in the following: your PIN and PASSWORD will be communicated to the client.
    TeamViewer Server
  4. Side client interface will present first a box to enter your PIN communicated by the server and even a box to specify the password.
    TeamViewer Client
  5. If the authentication process goes well the client access directly to the desktop of the remote server without any problems:
